In an effort to accommodate owners, the BOD has established this page to reflect properties for sale that our members are interested in selling. The POA WILL NOT list properties based on a broker or agent request and WILL NOT market or represent individual properties. Our bylaws prevent us from marketing real estate.

The POA approved white with blue numbered lot sign must be provided by the lot owner or the owner’s agent. For sale signs are prohibited. The lot owner or their agent is responsible for showing your lot to a potential buyer and acquiring the vendor gate code.

Each interested owner must submit the information below and request it to be included on the Available Property section on our webpage. The owner must provide their personal phone number on the site listing, agent or broker phone numbers will not be accepted. Listed owner phone numbers will be verified. The listing will be shown for (6) six months and then removed. Then, the owner may resubmit a request. All communication will be strictly between the property owner and the interested parties.
