Before you plan to build a home please read the ARB Guidelines in detail.  You are encouraged to contact the ARB during the early planning phase.  If your plan is approved, your builder should also be made aware of these important guidelines. 

 

MAILBOX KEYS:

New mailboxes were installed at the kiosk on February 25, 2024. 

New keys coded to each lot number are available.  

The old keys will no longer open the boxes.

 

Contact Doug Jones at (253) 576-0628 to arrange pickup of your keys.  Tell Doug your LOT Number, (Not your street address). Mailbox numbering matches your Lot Number.

GATE CODES: are assigned by emailing Ashley Davis,Gate Operations Manager at davisad0806@gmail.com. Please allow 48-72 hours for a response.                                                                               

 Please carefully review Policy #13:Security Gate Codes for detailed instructions on gate code and gate operations. Policy #13 can be viewed on the POA DOCUMENTS page.

Note, for security reasons, do not share Personal Gate Codes.
